Carys is a highly experienced musician and tutor who gained her Master’s with Distinction in saxophone performance from the RNCM in 2024, where she was also a recipient of the John Fewkes Instrumentalist Award. She is highly versatile across classical, jazz and pop, and is a regular performer across the UK & Europe, both with her saxophone and percussion duo, and as a soloist. Carys is an experienced music educator having taught students from beginner to grade 8 +, and teaches regularly across the High Peak and Greater Manchester area.
