About the event
The MSA Skills Lab offers a relaxed and supportive online space to build confidence, strengthen technique and ask the questions that matter to you. This month, Gillian Blair leads a session on articulation, giving you a solid set of fundamentals to build on. You will leave with clear exercises to continue at home, and there will be an opportunity to return the next month to share what has helped, where you have made progress and what you would like to explore next.
